If you answer this could you please tell me what the two are? I am interested in bodybuilding, sports, and fitness. I am a former high school, college, and NFL football player (short lived). I know/heard that HGH is illegal in sports but have been hearing about HGC lately which is sold in a lot of muscle magazines and on their websites. I am not interested in taking anything illegal or any form of steroid, but, I need help because I don't fully understand what any of these things are.
