Video calls directly to the Iphone

You can now make video calls to the iPhone, and it has written several about. Now I have tried it also and it is through free program Fring. Now it is only on call for iPhone, for all that happens is that I can see it as making a Skype video call to me. The condition is that the caller has webcam (of course) and Skype and I have Iphone connected via W-LAN. It does not work when you only have 3G connectivity.
